Appointment Arrangement
DIMOC Center accepts appointment booking directly from patients through:
Operating Hours
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12 noon
- Closed on Sundays
- All consultations are by appointment only
What to Expect on Your First Visit
- Registration. Patients should try to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment to allow for their personal details to be updated. Patients should allow at least thirty minutes to an hour for their appointment so that any x-rays or other tests can be carried out. Patients should bring details of any medication they have been prescribed.
- Waiting for Your Appointment. Upon registration, please take a seat and wait for you turn. The Center will make every effort to begin your consultation as promptly as possible.
- After the Consultation. After the consultation appointment with your dentist, the receptionist will arrange for your next appointment that best suits your needs. The date and time of your appointment will be indicated on your appointment card. Please be reminded to bring your card on the next visit.
- Payment. The center accepts payment using cash or local cheques.
- Radiographs. Original x-ray files are retained by the center for record-keeping purposes.
